RA Suites Simatupang is another prestigious project designed by Budiman Hendropurnomo of DCM Jakarta, with Wijaya Kusuma Contractors proudly handling its construction. WKC has a long-standing relationship with Budiman Hendropurnomo, having completed around 15 projects together. This particular project posed unique challenges due to its location at a busy traffic intersection, requiring meticulous planning for concrete mix deliveries. Additionally, the neighboring luxury car dealership needed to be protected throughout the construction process.
Spanning nearly 34,000 square meters across 16 floors and three basements, RA Suites Simatupang comprises 203 room keys, restaurants & lounges, a large ballroom, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, gym, spa, and fitness center. WKC is now working on another hotel project designed by DCM in Labuan Bajo for the same owner, further strengthening our collaboration on high-end hospitality projects.
