In 2018, Wijaya Kusuma Contractors successfully completed a large-scale project for Summarecon in Gading Serpong, consisting of four towers of signature apartments connected by a podium offering supporting amenities for residents. Each of the 38-floor towers boasts high-end living spaces, with a total of 1,130 apartment units spread across more than 112,000 square meters of floor area. The podium connects the towers and provides essential facilities for the residents, creating a community-focused environment. The project also includes a single basement level dedicated to parking and utility areas, ensuring both convenience and functionality for the residents.
We extend our deepest appreciation to Mr. Soegianto Nagaria, owner of Summarecon, Ms. Lilis Yamin, who served as Project Director at the time and is now an Independent Commissioner, and the entire Summarecon project team for their trust in Wijaya Kusuma Contractors to bring this ambitious project to life.
