We have successfully completed the new medical facility at UNIKA Soegijapranata in BSB City, Semarang, on schedule, with the owner fully satisfied with our performance. Spanning nearly 11,600 square meters across seven floors, the building has been awarded Gold Certification by the Green Building of Indonesia, a testament to its sustainable and eco-friendly design. It incorporates natural lighting to reduce energy consumption, efficient air circulation, and water treatment systems.
The facility, equipped with state-of-the-art medical laboratories, classrooms, and various support areas, will significantly enhance the infrastructure for medical studies at UNIKA Soegijapranata. Our involvement in this project reflects our dedication to delivering high-quality, environmentally conscious construction on time.
