We played a key role in the construction of the largest factory for Rich Valley Indonesia in Cikancung, Bandung, a massive project completed in 2022. The total construction area spans 61,896 square meters, including 11 warehouses of 4,000 square meters each, where flat floor implementation was critical to meet the precision requirements for efficient warehouse operations. Additionally, the project featured 11 supporting buildings that house offices, a large cafeteria designed to accommodate 2,000 workers, powerhouses, and other essential facilities. The development also included two large parking facilities dedicated to motorcycles.
The scale of this project required careful attention to scheduling, procurement, and manpower management. With the project divided into two separate contracts, ensuring the seamless coordination of these elements was critical to its successful completion. Our expertise in managing the complexities of flat floor construction and large-scale industrial facilities, along with our commitment to delivering high-quality results within specified timelines, was essential to the success of this project.
