The construction of BINUS UNIVERSITY Dago presented unique challenges due to the difficult sloping terrain, which significantly impacted our planning and execution strategies. Our engineering and bidding teams collaborated closely to develop precise construction methods that effectively addressed these challenges.
Spanning 5,811 square meters and rising eight stories, the project integrates seamlessly into the landscape, complemented by two hectares of beautifully designed landscape and hardscape. By utilizing advanced simulation techniques, we identified potential obstacles in delivering materials and executing various phases of construction. This proactive approach allowed us to streamline logistics, ensuring timely access to the site and minimizing disruptions.
Our team’s ability to anticipate and mitigate issues not only enhanced our efficiency but also maintained the integrity of our construction timeline.
