Wijaya Kusuma Contractors is proud to be working on another prestigious project with Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS), scheduled for completion in 2025—seven months ahead of the original timeline. This achievement is a testament to our unwavering commitment to completing the project, despite the challenges faced along the way. Our success has been made possible through the strong collaboration and support from JIS Head of School Maya Nelson, the JIS Board of Trustees, Chair Phil Rickard, school administrators, and the incredible JIS Project Team, whose dedication has helped turn this vision into a reality.
One of the unique challenges of this project involves incorporating a new chiller system to supply air conditioning to the adjacent existing building. This complex task required careful planning and execution to ensure seamless integration without disrupting the school’s operations. Safety and security were of paramount importance, as we ensured that the other school facilities remained open and fully functional for teachers, students, and parents throughout the school year. Our focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering the project ahead of schedule reflects WKC’s dedication to excellence in construction and project management.
